To activate the virtual conversations on your abstracts page you need to create a poster session in your schedule.
You can do this through the organizer panel of your event:
- Under Website Pages -> Schedule, click Add session.
- Add a session of type Poster session.
- Give it a name, a description and the day/time of the virtual poster session.
- Click Create to add a new room for this session.
- Give your room a name and under Livestream, choose Fourwaves platform.
You can create as many time slots as you want according to the limit allowed for your event.
You can reuse the same room for each of your poster sessions.
