Organizer guide for the virtual poster sessions

To activate the virtual conversations on your abstracts page you need to create a poster session in your schedule.

You can do this through the organizer panel of your event:

  1. Under Website Pages -> Schedule, click Add session.
  2. Add a session of type Poster session.
  3. Give it a name, a description and the day/time of the virtual poster session.
  4. Click Create to add a new room for this session.
  5. Give your room a name and under Livestream, choose Fourwaves platform.
Following these steps will allow participants to start conversations with each other on the page of a poster.

You can create as many time slots as you want according to the limit allowed for your event.

You can reuse the same room for each of your poster sessions.
