An active event is an event that has been **published** and whose **end date has not yet passed**. If your plan allows one active event, you can publish as many events as you want per year, as long as **only one is active at a time**. For example, you could hold 12 different events per year (one per month), as long as only one is published and not yet ended at a time. ### What are the benefits of a 3-year term? By choosing a 3-year term, you secure a lower rate for the full period and protect yourself from future price increases. ### Can I lock in my price? Yes. You can lock in your price for 1, 2 or 3 years, which protects you from any price increase during that period. 3-year terms come with 10% off and can be cancelled anytime. ### Can I cancel a 3-year term plan? Yes, you can cancel anytime without penalty. If you return later, you’ll re-enroll at the then-current rate, which may be higher than your original price. ### Can service fees be passed on to registrants? Yes. You can choose to pass the Fourwaves service fees on to your registrants instead of absorbing them. These fees are clearly identified on the participant invoice, making them easy to distinguish from your event costs. ### Can I pay by invoice or purchase order? Yes. Besides paying by credit card, you can pay by bank transfer upon invoice. You may include a purchase order if needed. Our invoicing is compatible with university procurement processes. ### What happens when my plan ends? When yours expires, your account moves to the free plan. You’ll keep access to past events, but premium features like sending emails, editing content, or receiving new submissions will be disabled. ### Can I get a custom rate?
