Hide Reviewers' Names: A toggle in the Organizer panel that hides the names of reviewers from submitters when results are shared. (Feature)
Tax Rules: Three new tax rules have been added. VAT 19% in Europe (27 countries), VAT 0%, and VAT Reverse Charge 0%. The 0% tax rules are special cases that appear in quotes and invoices despite their zero values. (Improvement)
