The Context
The Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Sainte-Justine is the largest mother and child center in Canada and one of the four most important pediatric centers in North America.
They host a very large number of events every year, mostly scientific conferences and continuous education for doctors and health professionals. Their events can be in-person, virtual or hybrid, but most of their events at the moment are hybrid.
Conferences hosted by Sainte-Justine can range from 700 participants to just 12, but each one has its importance for health education, and each one must go smoothly.
