Job Description
As an Account Executive at Fourwaves, you will be responsible for all incoming leads as well as prospecting to convert this pipeline into clients. To achieve this, you will need to conduct meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations to close these prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the external BDR team to follow up on and convert the leads they have generated. This involves calls and follow-up emails (50% of the time).
- Handle incoming leads to qualify and convert them (25% of the time).
- Develop our customer base by leveraging our existing clients and following up on referrals generated by the CSM team (25% of the time).
To achieve this, you will need to:
- Present Fourwaves convincingly and tailored to the needs of prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure diligent follow-up of opportunities until they are signed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support, product) to ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Record information in our CRM (HubSpot).
We are looking for someone who:
- Fully bilingual in French and English.
- 3+ years of successful experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
- Autonomous, motivated, and resilient.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to listen, understand, and respond to client needs.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
