About the Position
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard our clients onto the platform by showing them what it can do!
- Provide incredible support to retain clients and grow word-of-mouth! We use top tools: Hubspot, Intercom, etc.
- Bring and implement ideas to improve the customer experience and track performance.
- Work closely with the product owner (CEO), sales, and design to share feedback from organizers.
The Ideal Candidate
- Speaks and writes fluently in French and English.
- Is a "people person" who loves talking to and helping people. Empathy, curiosity, and proactivity are key.
- Pushes their limits when faced with a new challenge!
- Is deeply passionate about something, and whose interests and experiences will contribute to our flourishing culture. We’ll share more about this during one of our weekly "Iced Tea & Learn" sessions.
