Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help us take Fourwaves to the next level.
You’ll work closely with the current designer, the product team and our CEO to shape experiences used by thousands of scientists, researchers and universities globally.

Our platform is used by universities, research centers, and scientific societies around the world, including NASA, McGill, NIH, Virginia Tech, Université Laval, Pfizer, and many others.

The Position

As our second Product Designer, you’ll have a direct impact on the evolution of the product, from small UX refinements to large-scale feature design.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of new projects from scratch, from exploration to final handoff.
• Improve existing modules to deliver more value and cohesion.
• Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma.
• Collaborate daily with the CEO (PM/PO), developers, and our current designer.

Here are some projets you might work on:

• The mobile app
• The website builder
• The form builder
• The AI event assistant
• The self-serve onboarding flow (PLG)
• And other modules that power scientific collaboration around the world.
